Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item we can offer you a refund or credit note providing we are advised within 7 days of receipt and satisfied with the condition of the returned item.   

Please Note: We cannot refund used or damaged items, neither can postage costs be refunded.  However, where an item is faulty then a full refund including postage will be given. 

If you wish to make a return please e-mail us your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.  Based on the information you give us, we will reply to confirm if the item can be returned for a refund.


Conditions for return:

- You have 7 days from receipt to inform us of your choice to return an item (as described above). 

- The item must be received by us within 21 days of the original dispatched date.

- When returning an item please ensure that any product packaging and labels are also enclosed.


Over the festive period and in exceptional circumstances we may accept a return outside of the above timescales.
